Recorded Class

A 45 minute ballet class at an intermediate level.  This class goes through a 20min barre, 10min of pirouette and adage and 10min of allegro work. You can select the exercise explanation or skip to the exercise with the music.  There is a 3 day free trial.  A monthly subscription will get you two classes per month to do on your own time.
