Service Description
Are you looking to improve and develop your ballet technique? The next step is often targeted strength training to access the muscles in an efficient way. This conditioning course will go through a mobility warm up, strengthening exercises targeted for ballet, and ending with some stretching strategies. A direct link will be drawn between the exercises and the ballet step or position they are designed to facilitate and improve. Arabesques, standing leg stability, strength for standing on demi-pointe and for jumping.

No exchange credits will be available for missed classes. The course can be cancelled up to one (1) week prior to the start of the course for a refund. Please contact us for any course cancellation.
